All goods are dispatched using Speed Services Courier. This is a counter to counter service offered by the SA Post Office. Most orders arrive within 24 hours and are fully trackable. Visit www.speedservices.co.za to track your parcel online.


Placing Your First Order

Please don't feel discouraged if you're having difficulty placing your first order with The Magic Shop. By following the steps below you should be able to complete your checkout without any problems. If you continue to have difficulty placing your order, please email us immediately (magicshop@collegeofmagic.com).

Step 1: Place the item or items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart.

To place an item in your cart, simply click the "add to cart" icon. You will find the "add to cart" icon to the right of the picture of the product. Clicking the "add to cart" icon once will take you to a page that displays the contents of your shopping cart. The item that you have just added will be listed along with any other items you have already added. At this point you have the opportunity to adjust the quantity of your order by typing a different number in the quantity field and clicking the "update" button.

To remove an item from your shopping cart simply mark the "remove" check box and click "Update". At this point you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Step 2: Proceed to checkout.

To proceed to checkout, simply click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of your shopping cart, or click the green "Checkout" button that appears always at the right side of your screen.

Step 3: Input your Account, Billing, and Shipping Information.

At this point returning customers are given the opportunity to Input their User Name and Password. Don't worry about not having an account. You will create your own Magic Shop account as you proceed through the checkout process. Just click on the "click here to proceed with checkout" button. You will then be prompted to enter your personal information. The fields marked with * are required.

Step 4: Select a shipping method.

Step 5: Select a method of payment.

Step 6: Click to place your order.


Is it safe to order online?

Yes. Transactions processed through The Magic Shop are safe. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard which guarantees your security.


Can I return my item ?

We will be glad to replace any product with a manufacturer's defect or damage incurred during shipping. Please contact us and we will arrange for replacement of your item.

It is our policy not to offer refunds unless there is defect or damage. We have this policy because we sell secrets, the value of which cannot be returned.
